OSPF : RFC 2328 / RFC 1583

The default for calculating summary route's cost is RFC 1583.
RFC 2328 uses a different method .
Cisco conforms to both but RFC 1583 is default.

So to use RFC 2328 instead

specify following
router ospf 1
no compatible rfc1583
