Reduce OSPF LSA Flooding v/s Prevent OSPF LSA Flooding.

Earlier I mentioned how to prevent LSA flooding using interface level cmd ip ospf database-filter all out.

Now supposedly, you want to reduce flooding instead of preventing it :-) (Symantecs of Stupid English)
